Last thing I heard about the building site on the old Hotel Victoria plot was that the abandoned flats project had been taken over by a housing association and that work would re-commence last September.

Just drove past there and some of the fencing fronting Victoria Road is missing and it is obvious that nothing more has been done with the site. Anyone know what the latest plans are?

Odd sort of project for a housing association.

It's on a long list of things to get round to for Wirral Partnership Homes who will be finishing it off, albeit it not to the spec that was originally planned for it!

Wife saw a couple of trucks alongside it
