Apparently a serious assault took place at the flats (corner Seabank Road and Dalton)Fella taken away in handcuffs. One guy was told by the police that he couldn't go in even though he lives there. Whoever got assaulted was worked on in the ambulance which was there for some time. Place cordoned off and police still there.

TWO men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following the stabbing of a man in Wallasey last night.

Police were called to the scene at Seabank Road just after 11pm, following reports that a 38-year-old man from Wallasey had been stabbed several times.

He has been taken to hospital and is being treated for injuries that are described as serious, but are not thought to be life threatening at this time.

The men arrested, a 27-year-old from Wallasey and a 22-year-old from Birkenhead were taken to police station, where they are being interviewed by officers.

Anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has any information is asked to call detectives on 0151 777 2265 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Thanks rude.

Cannot understand why there are so many peoPle out there that think they can stab someone without and comeback.

You stab someone there's a 75% chance they will die.

I don't get it.

String them up...
We need to be hanging people on The National Lottery instead of just slapping them on wrist and saying 'ooh aren't you a naughty boy/girl'
I could understand all this violence if it was being done to people who actually made everyone's life a misery: Bankers, MPs, David Cameron, Angela Merkel, Drug Barons [Curtis Warren types], Simon Cowell etc but it's not. It's mostly happening to random people. Very sad.

His long list of criminal records... Back on topic, this is just around the corner from me. I wobbled passed on the way home from the pub on Wednesday and wondered what the kerfuffle was. I first assumed it was another suburban growop bust... the place in question always had a halfway house kinda feel to it for me, as do a few houses on Seabank Rd... tracksuit ninjas coming and going at all hours.
Just around the corner from me too. I was thinking of moving into one of those house but had second thoughts. A few unsavory customers live there in what is an otherwise nice area.
