I've just been past the flats/home on Old Chester Rd almost opposite Park Garage (No60 I think) and counted no less than 11 (eleven) Police cars parked up all with the roof disco in full swing.

Now I didn't see a sign for cheap do-nuts, so anyone have an idea what would warrant such a huge turnout ?
