Shaun - wasn't it a dance studio? You may need to drive past and have a quick look at the name and see if there is a mobile number. It could be they have moved out due to not being able to afford the rent. Worth a try. Or why don't you contact a brewery and see if you can be a manager of one? At least that would give you a bit of inside info etc. xx

The dance Studio is the old Sophies bar, it used to be promises years ago. Sonny's on the square is the old "Letters" pub, its been empty for about 5 months.
