Last night we watched a film on more 4. This channel is free and has a lot to offer.
It was called Nowhere Boy it tells the story of John's Lennon's teenage year from 1955-1960.
It was really enjoyable despite it being a little sad.
Just thought I'd mention it with so many people at home and looking for something to help them through this time.

I watched this this on film 4 and really enjoyed it as you say it was sad but it gave you an insight into why John was how he was . I have been on the Beatles tour bus only last year and saw Mendips where he lived with aunt Mimi and where his mum got knocked down and killed , it was only up the road from the house mendips. If you interested in Beatles and haven't been on a tour , would recommend it you learn so much from guide. Wished I had known it was on last night on more 4 because my sister told me to look out for it when on again. I've been looking out for it on Film 4 .
