I loved history and always had my head in a book.

Was really impressed by the Snow's Military Series showing battle re-inactments etc.

The computer maps showing little soldiers running and air action are fantastic and seeing these moving objects is a wonderful way to learn the outcome and reasons for victory or defeat.

This is TV at it's best
