I am a researcher based at the University of Glamorgan and am currently conducting research into viewers of the BBC Wales programme Coal House at War. The admin on the board has very kindly given me permission to post on the forums, to ask for participants for this research.

The aim of this research is to try to understand how audiences consume television history and how this relates to the ways in which we watch television, think about history, and how we experience our own diverse cultural identities. We are seeking people to complete online questionnaires via email about their responses to this programme, and also viewers who might have watched the first series of Coal House in 2007.

We are looking for people of any age, occupation, gender, or ethnicity from throughout the UK. We therefore invite anyone who is interested in taking part to contact us at [email protected]. We will then email you a questionnaire which you can complete and return to us. We look forward to hearing from you.

(Thanks again to the admins!)

Will this be screened nationwide or just BBC Wales?
