Two tyres were slashed on my car last night or this morning. Reported to police.

I wonder who did it?

The lad who threatened me and my car a few months ago?
The woman that spoke to me two days ago?
The person that hangs around making loud noises in the middle of night?
Or someone else?

Neighbour is going to look at his CCTV tonight when he gets in, if anyone wants to bottle out, just come and tell me how you are going to pay £160 for two new tyres and we'll put it down to an unfortunate mistake.

Sorry to hear that, DD. If yours is the only one in the area which it happened to, I guess it's someone who has a beef with you. I hope you manage to identify the perpetrator.

There are a few people that disagree with where I park. I park outside where I live.

Unlike others, I don't park on the pavement, I don't drive over the pavement as I go round the corner, I do park perfectly legally, I generally don't park across the road from any other vehicle, I park in a position where it doesn't obstruct cars coming out of their drives or parking spaces, I do leave an adequate path for the disabled mini-bus that passes.

I had two policemen (or pcso's or whatever) here a while back after someone complained. They asked me to move, after I showed them all the problems they initially suggested I parked partly on the pavement, which I refused, then they agreed that where I park my car is the best place given all the other circumstances.

I try my best to park legally and with the minimum inconvenience to anyone else that drives and parks legally. If anyone wants me to park elsewhere, I'll park outside their house instead if they think that is better - I'm not bothered if I have to walk a few hundred yards.

You can please some of the people some of the time ..... or I could park illegally like most people seem to want me to do????

I'm offering a £100 reward to someone that provides information that leads to a successful prosecution.

How did you get on with the neighbour's CCTV DD? Anything useful on film?

He didn't get back to me so I guess either he's busy or its a blank, I've had a busy day so not followed up.

Loads of people reading the reward posters.

Despite it grinding severely against my will, I will have to succumb to the CRIMINAL as the idea of replacing my tyres and having them punctured again is just not economically viable at £160 a time.

What , you mean you will be moving your car out of harms way? Quite a number of tyres slashed out Parkgate way last week too.Trouble is if the CCTV caught them , you'd be even more peed off when they got a smack on the hand .

Must be a car thug thing going on.
On the same night, a guy across the road from me got all 4 of his wheel plates taken off his car.
The lowlife even had the cheek to open his gates and walk into his drive ....right by his front door and front window and steal them.
And what makes me angry the guy is a pensioner and is respectful, honest, bloke .

Dont get me wrong, DD is a nice guy too laugh
