A section of Woodchurch Road is closed, and has been since 12pm. There is a small black car sat in the middle of the road between the lights on the top by Arrowe Park, and the M53 junction.
They have been carrying out investigation work, it looks in pretty bad state, hope the occupants are OK.

Road just reopened at 6 15 pm.
