Oof, my knees wouldn't take that. Great to see that couple so mobile though. I wonder where that was? Couldn't place the language. That's what it all comes down to really, isn't it - keep moving! As often as you can, for as long as you can, without doing yourself any damage of course. You'll stay healthier for longer.

There are some very mobile people around , Greenwood. Take my hat off to them. How about this lady of 84 ? He is 25 and this takes what seems an age to take off, but be patient...... talk about unbelievable.!!
