I want to start swimming. To make sure I keep to it I want to go straight from work so from 6pm, thinking Guinea Gap as on my way home (ish)and if I've read timetable correctly it's public swim time. I would like to know is the pool suitable to do lengths without me kicking any small children in the face or so busy with kids and inflatables that you cant move? Just want a quiet swim for half hour or so wink

Guinea gap is usually pretty quiet. Loads of space for a swim.

Swimming is a good form of cardio and is also good for fitness. We can loss weight easily with doing cardio like swimming, running and jogging.
