Hello can anybody help please. I have purchased a video door bell off ebay. It works fine at a friend's house but I cannot get it to work at my house. The bell works and takes and records pictures but will not connect to my Android phone.It gets as far as putting in my password but then just keeps saying "paring with camera " Wifi is fine . Any suggestions please. Many thanks.

Send it back ...I bought one that wouldn't connect...I think there are a lot of 'scam' versions around.
Rossie (OP) says It worked perfectly at a friend's house so clearly not faulty.
As it has already been tested and found to be working I would suggest doing a factory re-set to clear any previously configured settings that may be causing your issues.
Factory resetting your Video Doorbell will erase all of its saved settings, such as any wifi password. After performing a factory reset, you will need to set up your doorbell again from scratch.
