How much would it cost to fix the charging point on a playbook

It's usually cheaper and less labour intensive to purchase a dock for them. They're around the £15 mark on eBay and they use the four gold contacts on the underside of the tablet.

I bought my daughter one a few years back and after three months it wouldnt charge so i took it back to pc world and they sent it to germany to be fixed and there report was the circuit board is knackered it will be 106 pound to fix its not covered under warranty Ithen went back to pc world and there reply was we dont sell them any more because of the amount of problems with them

There is a guy in wallaswy who put one in my up slate it only cost me a tenner and was done in about 20 mins will find his address for you but I think it's the poulton Vicks end of poulton road
