I am suspecting there may have been a data leak from paypal, I have a number of bank accounts but I only got this text from paypal and the bank that I pay paypal, I didn't get it for the other banks I have accounts with.
I get and identify email scams quite easily, I have a very large number of email addresses, when you get the same email addressed to numerous email addresses its obviously a scam.
