Hi,I'm just about to have CCTV installed and my question is do I have to use a monitor or can i I use a TV?thanks in advance.

i'm using a tv in my pub

TVs can be used as both monitors and TVs these days.

It all depends on the outputs of your CCTV box. VGA and composite (phono) are common.

Hi Lawto, Got a 40" Sony flatscreen TV, run a 6 Camera cctv off it.Had then about 3 years now, no problems at all.Hope that helps.
