Over the last couple of days my laptop has become very slow to load anything. I've run Malware, McAfee and Spybot and this has come up Win.32.Downloader.gen. When I click to fix and repair it doesn't go away.
Does anyone know what this is, is it a virus and more importantly how do I get rid of it?

By the way, this is what I get when I try to fix and repair.

Unexpected error in fixing problems (cannot create file "C:\Windows\wininit.ini" Access is Denied)

Use your Spybot Search & Destroy but instead of double clicking it use a right click and choose Run as Administratot. 9/10 this clears it, PM if still stuck.
