Hi,
Need some help with this please.........
My son has a sony xperia j phone on contract with three, it was ok when he got it a few months ago then all of a sudden it stopped working,so he took it back to the shop and they sent it for repair, it came back, he got it home put his SIM card back in and it was still the same! So back to the shop, they put one of there own SIM cards in and it was working ok, so back home my son puts his own card back in.....still not working! Back to he shop today gets a new card, puts it in and it works ok.......now it's a few hours later and it's not working again!! he's going back to the shop Monday, he's paying £19 a month for this and he can't use it, does anyone know what he can do about it? He's paying for something he can't use.
Many thanks for any help.

I had a contract with three for my daughter, she has ten months left on this contract but because of all the hassle she has had with it (signal bbm etc) she wanted to cancel it. We went to the shop in birkenhead and the assistant was as much use as a chocolate teapot. He told us it would cost £150 to buy out the contract, he was unable to deal with a termination and told us to ring customer services. He then sat back at his desk and we left, heading straight to phones 4 u (opposite three).we spoke to Paul who rung three and got a termination figure of £70. Needless to say i paid it straight away and my daughter sorted a new contract with Vodafone.
I will never deal with three again .

I have a windows phone and an ipad on contract with 3 and have never had any problems with them, but my son has had this phone for just a few months it was ok at first then just the other week it went off! I have read reviews about the xperia j and it appears it's a rubbish phone!
