Hi, I`d go here and try the Windows XP software. Worth a try, Cheers.

Driver

UK version, in English

I've used a similar one for my scanner without Win 7 specific drivers.

Don't forget to download a Utility to run it as well.

Check the US website. We've just changed some XP machines to 7 and the Lide USB scanner drivers aren't on the UK site, but they are on the US one.

I cant find a utility/program to use the scanner. You will have to see if the doc has one.

wont the other programs for my printers ect work ?

Depends on which programs, you need one that says "Source" in one of the menus and select the scanner. I dont have a scanner attached to this comp, so I cant remember all the correct wordings.
