Hi, anyone on here know of anyway to upgrade the graphics card on this machine please?

Currently has an Nvidia 7600 GT 256mb running through pci express (I think).

It will be used more for photography, music and video editing but would be great if graphics could be updated.

2.66GHZ dual core intel

3 GB ram

800GB HDD

Easiest would be to download a program called CPU-Z, run it and it gives you loads of info about your pc. Then search online for the best graphics card that can be used with your motherboard.
The crucial website can check ram, not sure if it can do the same for graphics card.
Other option is post the CPU-Z results on Overclockers forum and ask what's best.

Can anyone tell me what the snow leopard software is for?

Also does anyone know how to put windows 7 on it or win XP?

snow leopard is the version of osx its running, so the operating system.

And to install windows, you could use a program called parallels desktop, it runs inside osx so you can use mac and windows at the same time or if you simply wanted windows, you can use it full screen and its easy to do
