I've seen a few free editors to upload images to. Have also read a few concerns regarding copyright of these. As I only need to edit a few images, does anyone know of a good online one to edit for eg red-eye, colour editor and adding a few enhancers to the image?

But I also use Google Picasa to rotate videos and create collages

I've always been a big fan of Picassa and found it more than adequate and entirely free.
