They're handy if you want access to the likes of Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Netflix, BBC iplayer etc, and you can download the Free VIERA Remote App and convert your smartphone or tablet into your TV remote & stream content to your TV straight from your smartphone or tablet.
i bought the samsung d8000 , 55" 3d led tv . it is the bees knees as for tellys go was not cheap but boy what a tv. not only is the 3d superb it also has wifi. everything about this model works well ,my mate even bought 1 as well.
