wanted help with a mobile phone have a samsung wave 11 keeps moving side to side on the screen had it in starlight mobiles but they say nothin wrong with it but doi me head in now lol so any help will be gratfully recived

What do you mean by moving from side to side ?

the screen moves from side to side only slightly but its doin my head in and had it to starlight but they cant find out wrong with it
