It's me again.
why can't anybody see me on MSN Messenger? And why can't I see them? I appear to be visible, with a green frame around my icon. None of my friends can see that, and their icons are just grey. I hope this makes sense and someone can help me.

Log out of it completely on your machine and log into it via webmessenger inside hotmail, set your status to offline and then back to online and then log in through messenger and see if that fixes it.
