does anybody use BT for their broadband and tv? are they any good?
i'm with virgin at the mo and since they installed the new super hub thing out internet has been really slow and the customer service is cack too

its stable enough, but its package dependant and what you want to pay. . . .

Seems like all the ISP are on the package change at the moment.

I cant vouch for BT Vision, but its supposed to be the fastest ADSL with the Vision.

Been with them, BT Total Vision, for years. Not had any bovver at all with them and the slight things that have gone wrong, usually my own fault, get sorted out pretty sharpish. Give them Indian lads their due, they are on the ball.

BT & Virgin are very similar for customer support. They left my sister without broadband for 13 days, and did not even refund/compensate her for the trouble. The Indians are fooking useless with anything complicated.

Also beware of the fact if you sign up for Vision, they lock you into an 18 (or 24) month contract iirc, so anything that goes wrong in the first 6 months, they don't give a shit.
