Is anyone having problems tonight downloading or updating apps on any apple devices ?

I can get on to the app store select enter password(which is correct) it then goes to home screen and freezes on "waiting"

I've got the solution iTunes was downloading free Xmas gift and it was taking time so paused that and the apps now download
