You can speak to an operator live on ebay, who are always more than happy to sort you out with any problems you receive. The problem is, unless you know about this service then people may feel pushed to contact ebay with an email like the one above, which I think is going a bit too far.
I listed a vehicle not too long ago, and the winning bidder failed to get into contact with me after a week of trying. I relisted the item (paying to list it again) and 2nd time round it went successfully. However, was still charged listing costs for the original ad, as well as the selling fees of what I "supposedly" earned.
Simply spoke to someone online, and they rectified the problem instantaneously. Cancelled the fees etc. All was good
The problem I do have with ebay though, is the monthly seller charges. Regardless of whether or not youve sold anything for that month.
Also the fact that there is a charge for using Paypal, when Im pretty sure ebay own the company anyway??
