Hi has anybody got a copy of photoshop i could borrow or recommend a place were i can download it for free if its possible.

Both great OS softs, but lets face it, photoshop is better than both by a long stretch. If he's going to download it anyway he may as well get the best available app.

Torrents are a very risky business, especially with high profile things like photoshop. They are just a big sign pointing to you. Unless you know how to protect yourself I would steer clear of torrents. Your best solution (and quickest) would be file hosters. Rapidshare/Megauplaod are the favourites and most likely to have what you need.

ive recently started to use gimp2.6 its freeware and seems easy enough to use for simple tasks...also on you tube there are thousands of tutorials on how to do stuff with it...

Generally when people ask on public forums, 'where can I get x, y or z' they dont.

I would just stay away from torrents, there are other much faster and safer ways to get these things.
