Could it be a partition with your drivers etc?
Is it a brand of pc? Ie: acer for instance?

Is that the partition reserved for Windows as Ste said, alot of NTFS operating systems create a virtual partition on one of your physiacal drives that it will dedicate to windows and all the relevant DLL's etc

It's your recovery partition, normally they are hidden.

Can always run malwarebytes if you're worried about it.

Its not your recovery partition - its your "System Volume Information" folder. Its stores the restore points and other bits and pieces for windows. It can get big, if you reduce the size for restore points it will get smaller.
