It means that two devices have the same ip. Not a major issue. Log on to your router and depending on which router it is look for dhcp. Reducethe lease time to about 1 hour. That will cure it.

Start
run type in cmd click ok
in command prompt type
ipconfig /release press enter this will remove the ip setting on the pc then,
ipconfig /renew this will ask the dhcp server for a new ip address
The problem with doing that is that the pc is getting its ip from the router even though the pc is using the dhcp protocol the router will assign the same ip address to the pc. a more permo fix would be to log in to your router and assign an ip to the MAC address of the device (pc phone etc) that way you have no chance of the spool giving 2 ips that are the same.
this is the methid i use.
IP conflict means another comp / device (printer,laptop etc) on your network has the same IP. try renaming the last digit in the ip address to avoid sharing the same IP between devices
