Chief executive Ben Verwaayen also reaffirmed the company's next target of signing up another three million subscribers in three years.

Hmmmm, so let me get this straight, they have possibly 100,000 customer by the end of the year, if things go well, and they are hoping to have 3 million by the end of 2009... yeah likely story lol.

Not only will they struggle to attract that many customers in such a competitive market, but also, once their existing customers are out of contract, they will have problems retaining customers, as their pricing is very rip off once you actually want to use the IPTV side of things.

Services like this and TUTV will always have a very niche market, and are unlikely to have Sky and Virgin quaking in their boots, 3 million customers in 3 years would make them bigger then Virgin... I cant see it to be honest.

Its the same shit that TUTV said when they launched, and they were bragging they had like 90,000 subscribers in the first year, but since, not only have not nearly gone bankrupt, but their service has undergone 2 complete changes to keep it in business, and is still seriously struggling for new customers!

For the small PTV market, its set to be even more competitive then the major PTV market, with the likes of Tiscali, TUTV, Sky Picnic, BT Vision and Virgin all set to be fighting it out next year!
