Hmmm, it wouldnt be the first time that Apple have unfairly charged consumers much higher pricing then they should be now would it....

Think they need to take a look at their own business practices before critisizing others. What goes around comes around n all that lol.

I dunno, it only affects the TV rights via NBC atm, but the music may be protected by some form of rate card within the industry, aimed to protect the consumer.

Either way though, its refreshing to see Apple getting the same done to them, as they were doing to customers in the EU.
