How d'ya make sigs?

Too easy to describe really meesh. Create a new image and make it the sizes stated in webbys Sig guide,then colour it in and paste images etc til it looks the way u want it to look. Ill make a tutorial when im making the next sig i do alright. Any one wanna volunteer to be my subject for the sig?

alot of people seem to use the filters with cloud effects etc.

Be different, remember, there is alot of other packages out there that are able to edit graphics.
