Back in March 2009 my former employer distributed this book to the employees of Cheshire County Council. Many staff kept it as a keepsake as the County was soon to be abolished and replaced by Cheshire West and Chester and Cheshire East Council. I thought it was worth sharing as I don't think it's available to buy anywhere and there is some quite interesting stuff within.
