Does anyone know what this ornate logo stood for on this old building at the Monk's Ferry end of Pilgrim Street, Birkenhead? I think it reads: WB Ltd, or W B and L.

Williams Brothers Ltd or Wright and Beyer
The building is nearer Church St.
