Yes it is. Black Horse Hotel,School Hill, Lower Heswall. it can be found on internet.

Despite it now being in a relatively well-to-do area - this Pub has a bit of a reputation as it was attended by most of the fishermen and cocklers of the Heswall area.

Not sure if that still applies - but it did 20 years ago - when I visited regularly on darts fixtures....
