Can anyone clarify the colours on the Wallasey Ferry markers which use to show you the distance to either Seacomber Ferry or Egremont Ferry.

Was it :- black background with white lettering or white background with black lettering?

Recalling some milestones i can remember, they were white with black lettering, don't know if that was standard for notices.

Agree about milestones; they were probably black on white to make them easy to spot.

Thank you guys. Apparently the ones in Wallasey will be getting a new lick of paint so wanted to make sure it will be done correctly!
