im selling my daughters acer E1-571 laptop it has a i5 3210m cpu 2.50ghz...4gb ram, the stickers have peeled off, ill get back later with more info on condition, selling for £175 with an ocz vertex 460A 240gb ssd or £150 with the original 500gb hard drive.....laptop was originally on windows 8...but I put windows 7 on it as my daughter hates windows 8...but I will wipe the hard drive ready for a new install of windows 7 or 8...thanks guys

Did you leave the windows 8 recovery partition enabling a legit reinstall?

I think the option to check would be to press alt & f10 then choose reset pc to factory, if the boot sector is undamaged it should reinstall without the need for a licence key.

Sorry matey, ill have to pull the sale, daughter just said the charging port is dodgy, keeps going on and off when charging ie bleeping
