I'm selling our Alba tv.

Its not working due to a fuse going inside the tv. This has been confirmed by a tv engineer (Telefix Bebington).

I bought this from Argos about 18 months ago for £190.

I've already tried to claim on the manufacturers warranty, but as I don't have my proof of purchase, Argos wont honour the replacement.

I'm just looking for the cost of the diagnosis back (£30). If you know what you're doing, this could be a nice cheap tv for you.

Its all boxed in its original packaging and comes with all leads and remote.

Why didn't the engineer just replace the fuse for you at the time? they cost next to nothing?

Sorry, the above reads wrong. Its the motherboard that has gone. This is all shown in the report. Its not letting me add pictures to this post though, so I can't show you what hes put
