Bought this for my mum on ebay, it needs the software reinstalling.
Took it to work to do it and it's sat in my desk draw since. Bought it 3 weeks ago.
Turns on, gets stuck on Android logo.
Comes with case and charger.
Easy fix, step by step walk through available on line.
Just want my money back as she now has a Fire HD.
