Finno, save yourself some hassle... list it as used but make everyone what it is.

If you have got it from Apple then it is not NEW, it is second hand and therefore fine to sell.

God knows why people get so uppity.

No where in op's post does it state this item is brand new, so he has not broken any forum rules.
Unless you would like to highlight in bold where he states in his post item is brand new.

You are just not allowed to state NEW, or Brand New, and as far as op's post goes he has done neither.

Thanks, i am well aware of the rules, which is why i haven't stated that it is a new iphone. A 'new' iphone would cost £529 and i am not asking that.

It is however unused and unopened.
