network locked still works fine and not a scratch on it

So does that mean it can't be used as a phone? Doesn't it get blocked when its stolen?

i dont know i bought it put a sim car in it and it wont bring up i network so i presume its blocked by the network so i have just been using it to store my music on , and using apps already have another iphone so not to fussed , its proberly good for parts to theres not a scratch on it
