I have had this lying around for ages and was fully functional when last used.
It is the Pace 3100 model
It comes complete with a viewing card, the one with the yellow house on a blue background and I dont know if this will pick up any signal or frieview!
I cant find the power lead but it is only the radio type and I will have a better look for it later

£40 and I can drop anywhere on the Wirral for a fivers petrol

This is a pvr2 20 hours recoding space you can get a hd box with 80 hours for £40 quid.
