no its not thank you my mum had painting done with dulux paint & the batch was faulty so they gave her vouchers to get some more but already had painting corrected so does not need it but had to get there paint again with vouchers so there we dont all have a bad mind like you you should get your facts right first instead of picking on my mum a oap
