deleted now. Not sure on frame size but I am 6ft 2in and it fits me fine with seat raised.

Looks like an 18inch frame.

i cant tell from the picture? the top tube looks like 18/19" but the seat tube looks like 21" and im 5 foot 7".

sorry, can't find tape measure so can't check!!
