8 gig storage. Just been wiped clean and down graded to IOS 3.1.3 so it runs faster (you can upgrade it if you want to).
Just been freshly jailbroken also.
Locked to 02 but takes 30 seconds to unlock by installing ultrasn0w from cydia (jailbreak).
Has lines on the bottom of screen and mic doesn't work, hence the price. Still usable, I've used it for the last few months.
Would cost £14 for parts to fix from eBay and is an easy DIY job.
They sell in worse condition than this on eBay for £50+

£40 NO offers.
Been offered that from recycling websites.

3GS runs OpenGL ES 2.0, the 3G uses OpenGL ES 1.1 (graphics software)

I think the battery lasts a bit longer in the 3GS as well, but this varies phone to phone and depends heavily on which features you have turned on.
