Bought on here a couple of months ago.
I've replaced all brake components, oil, filters, tyres, exhaust system, ignition components, OAT coolant etc. Totally standard car.
Rear outer arches have corrosion, but comes with genuine Rover arch panels (haven't had time to fit them). Car is otherwise solid everywhere else. It's had an MOT pre-test and it passed with no advisories. Car starts first time.

I'm waiting on log book from previous owner.
I'm going away at the end of the week and have to sell it.
