Are they brand new or used and if used what condition they in matey ??

With tyres, where fitted to a car for 12 months which was parked up. all wheels and tyres in a1 condition come with all nuts. have got 40/15 tyres not the normal 45/15 tyres so slightly more expensive.

if u still hae theses in the new year i will have them off u
