Bench is suited to 200kg, I have well over 100kg of metal weights to go on two bench bars or 4 dumb bells. I have managed to get 100kg on to the main bar which is plenty for anyone who isnt built like arnold swartzerwhatever his name is.



The cross trainer is 1 year old with hardly any use. It cost £400 as its not one of you cheap argos jobbies (its made by york)
