They both work in the same machine, as used to have them in mine before i upgraded my memory to DDR2. I assume you can check from the codes provided if they will work on your motherboard.

Im quite suprised those 2 memory worked in your machine ddr400 and ddr333 one slower than the other bet you had abit of trouble with speed and system start up ??

Im running OCZ ULL RAM in there atm (used to be my overclocking rig many moons ago), but she dont need performance and there is a memory slot free, so the more the merrier.

Nope, never had any problems, it ran BF2 on full detail without any slow down.
