Daughter found this shitzu wandering around on martins lane by trafalger road. It was still there a few hours later do she brought it back. Anyone here know where this dog lives?

It could belong to the guy who has the first ground floor flat on the left in Serpintine Rd. He doesn't give a damn about the dog if it is his.His name is kevin.
